Goa, Oct. 30 -- A complaint has been filed against Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) Uttam Parsekar and two officials - Gaurish Kurtikar and Prakash Redkar - alleging favouritism in departmental promotions and misuse of official powers for personal gains.

According to sources, the complaint accuses the trio of manipulating promotion procedures and extending undue favours to select individuals within the department. It also alleges that administrative powers were used to benefit specific officers in violation of service norms.

In a move that has raised eyebrows, the Vigilance Department has reportedly directed PCE Uttam Parsekar - one of the accused in the complaint - to submit a detailed report on the allegations within 15 days. The decisi...
