PANJIM, May 13 -- Panjim City Corporator Bento Lorena on Wednesday filed a police complaint against Health Minister Vishwajit Rane and Scoop Oxygen alleging negligence resulting in the death of COVID patients.

The corporator, in his complaint to Panjim Police Station, alleged that oxygen shortage in the State is man-made and responsible are Rane and owner of the oxygen manufacturing company.
