Goa, Dec. 2 -- Complaints of harassment and abusive behaviour by private bus drivers operating on the Cavelossim route were submitted at the Colva Police Station, prompting Cavelossim Sarpanch Dixon Vaz to seek immediate intervention from both the police and the Margao Regional Transport Office (RTO).

Speaking to reporters outside the police station, Vaz said one of the complaints described how a woman travelling with her elderly mother, neighbour and a disabled child was allegedly abused and forced off a Mecliz-owned bus on November 28.
