Goa, March 29 -- Chief Minister Pramod Sawant recently expressed confidence in the performance of the current cabinet, stating that they are doing a good job.

He added that any decision regarding cabinet changes would be made in consultation with the party high command, emphasizing that if anyone is dropped, it should not be seen as a reflection of their performance but rather a political necessity.

Furthermore, CM Sawant announced the formation of a steering committee, headed by himself, to oversee decisions regarding the approval or rejection of mega projects in the state. He also expressed support for a new Regional Plan, stating that he would discuss it with his cabinet before making a final decision.
