Goa, April 21 -- Amid rising concerns over the ongoing road construction project in Bhoma, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has assured the public that the Bhoma temple will not be affected. Addressing the confusion, Sawant said that a miscommunication had led some residents to believe that a 60-meter-wide road was being constructed, when in fact, the project involves a 25-meter-wide road.
"There has been a misunderstanding among the people, which we have now clarified," Sawant stated. "The temple at Bhoma remains untouched. Only four houses will be impacted, and we are fully committed to providing alternative plots and financial assistance to the affected families for rebuilding their homes."
