Goa, Dec. 19 -- Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has urged citizens, tourists and industries to take shared responsibility for keeping Goa clean, warning against dumping waste into rivers and littering roads. Highlighting Goa's fragile ecosystem and tourism-dependent economy, he said protecting rivers and preventing illegal dumping is a collective duty.
