Goa, May 31 -- Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has urged panchayats and municipalities across Goa to take proactive measures in tackling waterlogging and pothole problems within their areas, stressing the need for timely action to prevent accidents and protect public safety. Speaking after an online session on Disaster Management with local bodies and departmental officials on Saturday, Sawant emphasized the vital role of grassroots governance in effective disaster preparedness and urban management.
