Goa, Nov. 21 -- Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant on Friday stressed the need for stronger coordination between the Education Department, Art & Culture Department and music teachers, stating that despite the government spending crores on musical instruments and hiring instructors, the expected results are not being achieved.
Sawant said the purpose of this significant investment will be realised only when all stakeholders work together cohesively to ensure that students gain real value and measurable outcomes from music education programmes.
He emphasised that improved accountability and collaboration are essential to justify the state's expenditure and enhance the overall effectiveness of music training across Goa's schools.
