Goa, Nov. 5 -- Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant has condemned the display of "Pakistan Zindabad" messages on LED signboards in Arpora and Baga, assuring that strict action has been taken and an investigation is underway.

Sawant stated that the LED boards in question had been installed without official permission, and police acted swiftly to disconnect the displays and apprehend those involved.

"The government will not tolerate such acts. The police have already taken prompt action, and further investigation is in progress," the Chief Minister said, emphasizing that Goa will remain a peaceful and patriotic state where any attempt to disturb harmony will be dealt with firmly.
