Goa, March 12 -- This year's Oscar ceremony took place at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles. Comedian and late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel returned to host the Oscars for the second year in a row and his fourth time overall. 'Oppenheimer' won big at the 2024 Oscars, coming in with 13 nominations and earning awards in major categories such as best director, best actor and best picture. 'Barbie,' the other half of the dual box-office Barbenheimer sensation, earned eight nominations, but only got one win for best song.
