PANJIM, March 21 -- Nationalist Congress Party's Benaulim MLA Churchill Alemao has extended his unconditional support to the Congress and asserted that he would stand by the party.

Speaking to Herald, Churchill said, "I have submitted the letter of support to the Congress and I am with them. I will support them and there are no demands or hidden agenda."

Churchill stood against the motion in Assembly on Wednesday when Dr Pramod Sawant sought the floor test to prove his majority, taking the Opposition numbers to 15 with Congress having 14 MLAs in the House.
