Goa, Nov. 29 -- Former Goa Chief Minister Churchill Alemao has strongly condemned the recent attempt-to-murder case registered at Colva Police Station, in which a woman was allegedly assaulted with an iron rod and admitted to Bambolim Hospital for treatment.
Addressing the media, Alemao questioned why the Benaulim MLA has remained silent and not issued any statement regarding the incident. He urged the authorities to take strict action against the accused and appealed to the Goa Chief Minister to personally intervene and ensure justice is served.
Alemao's remarks have sparked public debate, with citizens demanding swift police action and accountability from local representatives.
