Goa, Sept. 5 -- Amid the ongoing cholera outbreak in Cutbona, a 50-year-old labourer has died under mysterious circumstances just a day after being discharged from the district hospital for loose motions.

The deceased, a native of Odisha, had been receiving treatment following the onset of symptoms linked to the outbreak that began three weeks ago.

Authorities are investigating the death as concerns over the cholera situation in Cutbona continue to mount. Health officials have urged residents to exercise caution, maintain hygiene, and seek immediate medical attention if symptoms arise.
