Goa, Oct. 7 -- A potential alliance between Chirag Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) and poll strategist Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraaj cannot be ruled out ahead of next month's Bihar Assembly elections, LJP sources told NDTV, adding, "Doors are always open in politics."
The development comes amid ongoing seat-share talks between the LJP and the ruling BJP. Paswan reportedly seeks 40 of Bihar's 243 Assembly seats, citing his perfect strike rate in last year's federal elections, while BJP is said to offer only 25. Both sides have yet to formally confirm any offer.
