Goa, Nov. 22 -- Delhi Police have dismantled a major international arms-smuggling network that was funnelling high-end weapons from China and Turkey into India through Pakistan, allegedly with ISI backing. Four members of the syndicate - including wanted criminal Mandeep from Punjab and his aides Rohan and Monu from Uttar Pradesh - were arrested. Police seized 10 foreign-made pistols and 92 live cartridges. Investigations show the weapons were flown in by drones, wrapped in carbon paper to evade scanners, and dropped at predetermined pick-up points before being delivered to Delhi and neighbouring states.
