Goa, Oct. 31 -- In a significant judgment, the Children's Court at Panaji has acquitted an accused in a case involving allegations of aggravated penetrative sexual assault, showing obscene content, and criminal intimidation of a minor.

The verdict followed a detailed and intense trial, during which the defence, led by Advocate Sahil Khot, successfully secured the acquittal of the accused.

The State was represented by Public Prosecutor Tema Narvekar and Investigating Officer LPSI Varshada Naik Desai during the proceedings.
