Goa, Oct. 28 -- The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) has convened a meeting of all political parties today at 3 pm to discuss the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls.

According to officials, the meeting will primarily focus on finalizing the schedule for the SIR and the appointment of Booth Level Assistants (BLAs). The revision process is aimed at ensuring the accuracy of voter lists ahead of the upcoming elections.

The CEO is expected to brief party representatives on the revision timeline, procedures for voter verification, and steps to be taken at the booth level to ensure inclusivity and transparency in the electoral process.
