Goa, Oct. 28 -- The Central Government has reconstituted the Regional Direct Tax Advisory Committee (RDTAC) for Goa, naming several prominent figures from the state as members.

According to an official notification, the newly appointed committee members include Rajya Sabha MP Sadanand Shet Tanavade, Yeshwant Vishnu Kamat, Amira Abdul Razaq, Sandip Bhandare, Rohan Bhandare, Sanjay Amonkar, Dr. Guntur Anjana Devi Raju, and Pradeep Bajirao Lohar.

The committee serves as a crucial platform for dialogue between taxpayers, trade bodies, and the Income Tax Department, helping to address grievances, streamline processes, and improve compliance at the regional level.
