Goa, Nov. 17 -- A goods carrier loaded with cement got stuck today after the road near the exit of Quinta de Valadares, on the way to Vasco, caved in. The truck's wheel sank into the damaged section, causing a temporary traffic disruption. Authorities are assessing the site for repairs.
