Goa, July 10 -- The Corporation of the City of Panjim (CCP) has issued a formal notice to a former IAS officer in connection with alleged illegal construction activities at Fondvem, Ribandar.
The action follows an inspection conducted by CCP officials on June 30, 2025, which revealed unauthorized deviations from the approved building plan and the absence of a valid construction licence.
In the notice, CCP Commissioner Clen Madeira stated, "As per the records, this office had in 2013 issued a construction licence to Adrian D'Costa for the amalgamation of plots and the construction of a compound wall up to a height of 1.5 meters, in accordance with the development permission granted by the North Goa Planning and Development Authority."
