CCP grants in-principle nod for replacing 4,400 electric poles, underground cabling

PANJIM, Jan. 19 -- The Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) has granted in-principle approval to the State Electricity Department to replace 4,400 electric poles and for underground cabling in the Panjim City.

Panjim MLA Atanasio Monserrate on Monday chaired a crucial meeting to discuss all developmental works in the constituency. The meeting was attended by the officials of CCP, PWD, Electricity Department, Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC), Sewerage Corporation and others.
