Goa, March 20 -- The Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP) held a budget meeting, allocating approximately Rs 120 crore for various expenditures. CCP Mayor Rohit Monserrate announced that part of the funds would be dedicated to refurbishing the St. Inez cemetery and the Caranzalem fish market.
Additionally, Rs 18-20 crore has been earmarked for the overall development of Panjim city. The budget aims to improve infrastructure and public amenities, enhancing the city's appeal and functionality. These allocations reflect CCP's commitment to addressing the needs of residents and promoting the growth of Panjim.
