Goa, Jan. 6 -- The Cavelossim Village Panchayat has begun distributing application forms for the 'Mhaje Ghar' housing scheme to beneficiaries in the village. Sarpanch Dixon Vaz addressed residents and explained the eligibility guidelines and documentation process in detail to ensure that applicants can legally obtain certified ownership of their homes under the scheme.

Vaz also highlighted that the right to shelter is protected under Article 21 of the Constitution and assured that the Panchayat will extend full assistance to residents who require help in completing paperwork or securing approvals.

He said the Panchayat remains committed to supporting deserving families and ensuring they benefit from the housing scheme.
