Goa, Oct. 29 -- In a major breakthrough, Anjuna Police, in coordination with the Crime Branch, arrested Jude Boussari (44), a Cameroonian national, for alleged possession of 10.53 grams of cocaine valued at Rs.1.1 lakh. Police also seized Rs.6.81 lakh in cash during the operation conducted near Love Story Villa, Bammonwado, Siolim, on October 29, 2025.

The action followed a reliable intelligence input received by PSI Ramesh Harijan. Acting swiftly, the police intercepted a blue scooter (GA-03-BD-1164) ridden by the accused. Upon checking, officers recovered cocaine and cash in various denominations. The drugs and money were seized under a formal panchanama, and NDPS procedures were meticulously followed.
