Goa, Sept. 15 -- Highlighting the growing garbage problem along Goa's coastal belt, Calangute MLA Michael Lobo has criticized the littering habits of domestic tourists. Speaking on the issue, Lobo remarked that "littering is inbuilt in Indian tourists," despite repeated appeals for cleanliness under **Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Swachh Bharat Abhiyan."

Lobo urged visitors to follow the PM's example, citing how Modi personally participated in a beach cleanup in Lakshadweep, encouraging citizens to clean all beaches across India.
