Goa, Nov. 10 -- A remark made by Power Minister Nilesh Cabral during the Adivasi Sanghatana lottery coupon draw at Quepem on Sunday sparked a brief exchange of opinions among leaders present on stage.
Speaking at the event, Cabral said, "Those who have been staying in Goa for the past 25 years should not be called migrants." His statement drew immediate response from Quepem MLA Alton D'Costa, who disagreed, calling it an unfair remark.
