Goa, July 18 -- In a deeply unsettling incident, 40 private schools across Bengaluru received bomb threat emails on Friday, 18 July, triggering widespread panic and a massive emergency response. The threatening messages, sent from the address roadkill333@atomicmail.io, claimed that explosives-specifically Trinitrotoluene (TNT)-had been planted in classrooms, throwing several neighborhoods into chaos.
Police forces, bomb disposal units, and dog squads rushed to the affected schools. Immediate evacuations were carried out to ensure the safety of students and staff, followed by extensive searches on each campus. Thankfully, no explosives were found by late evening.
