Goa, Dec. 23 -- The Mapusa Additional Sessions Court on Monday reserved its order till December 26 on the bail application filed by Bharat, an accused in the Birch fire case.

After hearing arguments from both the prosecution and the defence, the court decided to defer its decision, stating that the order on the bail plea would be pronounced on the specified date.

The Birch fire case continues to remain under judicial scrutiny, with multiple accused seeking relief as investigations progress. Further developments are expected when the court delivers its ruling later this week.
