Goa, Dec. 23 -- The investigation into the Birch fire case has taken a serious turn, with the Anjuna police uncovering fresh allegations against the Luthra brothers. Officials probing the case have revealed that the accused allegedly forged a No Objection Certificate (NOC) purportedly issued by the Delhi Police.

Sources close to the investigation said the forged document came to light during a detailed scrutiny of records linked to the case. Police believe the alleged fabrication was part of a wider attempt to mislead authorities and secure clearances.
