Goa, Dec. 10 -- In a significant development in the Birch by Romeo Lane fire investigation, Goa Police have detained another key accused, Ajay Gupta, from New Delhi. The tragic blaze at the Arpora nightclub claimed 25 lives-including staff and tourists-marking one of North Goa's worst fire disasters in recent years.A Look Out Circular (LOC) had been issued against Gupta soon after the incident. When investigators visited his Delhi residence earlier, he was found absconding, prompting authorities to obtain a formal arrest warrant.
