RAIA: Betalbatim Sporting Club secured their place in the semi-finals of 27th Holy Cross inter-village football tournament with a 2-1 victory over SC Davorlim in a closely contested quarter-final match played at Vodlemoll ground, Kakoda, on Thursday.

Betalbatim SC opened their account in the very 3rd minute, thanks to a powerful free-kick from Dickson. Although, the shot initially landed in the goalkeeper's hands, he failed to hold onto it, fumbling the ball into his own net.

Despite several opportunities throughout the game, Betalbatim SC were unable to convert their chances and increase their lead in the first half.
