VASCO, Feb. 28 -- Baina locals held a massive agitation regarding Mormugao Port Authority (MPA) gates near Up Ramp at Baina which were not removed despite bringing to the Chief Minister's notice a month ago. Local councillor Deepak Naik submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Collector giving an ultimatum of one week to MPA to raze the gates failing which they threatened to demolish the gates themselves with locals.
