Goa, June 21 -- Vaibhav Patel (29) and Jinal Goswami (27) were on the brink of a new chapter in life, preparing to welcome their first child. Seven months pregnant, Jinal had recently celebrated her baby shower on June 2 in Ahmedabad, surrounded by family and friends in a traditional ceremony full of warmth and hope.

But that happiness turned into heartbreak just ten days later. On June 12, the couple tragically lost their lives in the Air India Flight AI 171 crash, which claimed 274 lives. The flight, bound for London Gatwick, went down moments after takeoff from Ahmedabad, slamming into a medical college and killing nearly everyone onboard-including crew, passengers, and several people on the ground.
