Goa, Nov. 25 -- A violent altercation between two individuals on Old Station Road in Margao escalated into an attempt-to-murder incident late Monday, leaving one person seriously injured. The victim was rushed to the Goa Medical College and Hospital (GMC) in Bambolim, where he is currently undergoing treatment.

According to police, the accused fled the scene immediately after the attack and remains absconding. A search operation has been launched, and further investigation is underway to determine the circumstances that led to the assault.
