Goa, Nov. 2 -- A Farm School on mushroom cultivation was organised in Anjuna under the guidance of the Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA). The training aimed to empower local residents by promoting self-employment through sustainable mushroom farming. Experts shared insights on cultivation techniques, maintenance, and marketing strategies to help participants start small-scale ventures. Farmers and youth from nearby areas attended the session and expressed interest in adopting the practice to enhance their income. Officials highlighted the growing market demand for mushrooms and encouraged participants to explore agri-entrepreneurship opportunities.
