Goa, Dec. 17 -- The High Court of Bombay at Goa on Tuesday tagged Public Interest Lit igation (PIL) writ petition related to the Birch By Ro meo Lane fire incident at Arpora with the writ peti tion already converted as suo motu by the Court. The Court ordered that writ petition filed by Pradeep Ghadi Amonkar and Sunil D Divkar and the PIL writ petition filed by Aishwarya Salgaonkar will be tagged with the suo motu PIL. Adv Rohit Bras De Sa has already been appointed as Amicus Curiae in the Suo Motu PIL and he has been asked to file a separate memo touching upon all these aspects, which would be exhaustive and covering the entire State including different local bodies and different adjudicating au thorities within next two weeks.
