PANJIM, Dec. 6 -- Anjuna Gymkhana defeated PVC Parra 3-1 and moved into the quarter-finals of the Nerul Sports Club Golden Jubilee Cup, at Nerul Sports Club ground, on Thursday. Anjuna scored through Vinayak Mulgaonkar from a direct free-kick in the 22nd minute. Maruti doubled the lead for Anjuna in the 27th minute. PVC Parra pulled a goal back through Vassant Gadekar. In the second half Anjuna netted the third through Vinayak Mulgaonkar in the 49th minute.
