Goa, Nov. 2 -- Political tensions have escalated in Bihar as Union Home Minister Amit Shah and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav exchanged sharp jibes ahead of the upcoming state elections. Amit Shah claimed that if the RJD returns to power, portfolios would be created for "kidnapping, extortion, and murder," warning voters against the revival of "jungle raj." Tejashwi Yadav, hitting back at a rally in Mokama, said he was not intimidated by the BJP leader. "My father arrested your guru Advani ji during the Rath Yatra. When he wasn't scared of him, why would we fear you?" he said. Confident of victory, Tejashwi predicted an RJD-led government by mid-November.
