Goa, July 23 -- Quepem MLA Altone D'Costa raised a pressing public issue during Zero Hour in the Goa Legislative Assembly, drawing attention to the inconvenience faced by citizens due to the lack of direct bus connectivity to the South Goa District Hospital in Margao.

D'Costa pointed out that patients and visitors are currently forced to alight at the Margao KTC bus stand and walk a considerable distance to reach the hospital. Highlighting the hardship this causes, especially for the elderly and the ill, he urged the government to introduce a dedicated bus service from the KTC bus stand to the hospital.
