PANJIM, Feb. 5 -- All India Trade Union Congress on Wednesday highlighted that the recent budget, there was major tax relief for middle class with a total tax exemption for income up to Rs 12 lakh per annum but no provisions were done to working class, farmers and workers. The union held a protest at Azad Maidan, Panjim demanding action from government as only few in the middle class to receive the benefits.
