Goa, March 14 -- In her statement, Ranya recounted receiving a call from an unfamiliar number on March 1, 2025, instructing her to pick up gold bars at Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport. She also mentioned that the caller requested her to transport the gold to Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru. Ranya further detailed to the DRI that after she received the packages, she headed to the washroom near the dining lounge. Upon opening the packets from the unknown caller, she discovered 12 gold bars, neatly arranged in three separate bundles of four full bars each. Additionally, one of the bundles contained five cut pieces stacked together.
