Goa, Aug. 4 -- Raising a pressing local issue in the Goa Legislative Assembly, MLA Sankalp Amonkar expressed serious concern over the abandoned government office buildings in Mormugao, stating that their dilapidated condition has turned them into hotspots for anti-social activities.

Amonkar urged the government to take immediate action, highlighting the security risks and public nuisance these neglected structures pose to nearby residents. "These buildings are not just eyesores-they're becoming breeding grounds for illegal activities," he warned.
