Goa, Nov. 22 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday announced its second list of candidates for the upcoming Zilla Panchayat (ZP) elections, raising its total declared candidates to 22 of the 50 seats. Party leaders said the list underscores AAP's focus on grassroots workers and first-time contestants active in community service.

The new nominees are Pujan Malvankar (Anjuna), Carol Fernandes (Calangute), Arvind Tendulkar (Penha de Franca), Ujjwala Naik (St Lawrence), Avinash Jadhav (Querim), Sarita Panjikar (Veling-Priol), Clena Fernandes (Curtorim) and Joseph Pixote (Guirdolim).
