Goa, Nov. 17 -- AAP Goa President Adv. Amit Palekar has strongly criticised Minister Sudin Dhavalikar after the minister's supporters reportedly gathered at the Holy Shrine of Katamgal Dada and Navdurga Devasthan to seek divine punishment for those exposing the cash-for-jobs scam. Palekar called the act a blatant misuse of a sacred place to shield political interests, saying it amounted to an insult to the faith of Goans.

Challenging Dhavalikar directly, Palekar said that if the minister is truly innocent, he should undergo a narco test along with Pooja Naik, who has made allegations in the case. He further accused BJP leaders of repeatedly disrespecting Goan deities for political gain.
