PANJIM, May 27 -- Nine COVID-19 patients recovered on Tuesday, bringing down the active cases to 39. No positive cases were reported, however, six suspects were kept in hospital isolation on Tuesday.

The health bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services states that 28 patients have recovered as on date, of which nine recovered on Tuesday. All 39 active cases are undergoing treatment at the COVID-19 hospital in Margao.

While 255 travellers who arrived either by air, rail or road have been kept under facility quarantine, 178 people, including inter-State domestic travellers are in home quarantine.
