Goa, Jan. 11 -- A 70-year-old woman was injured after being hit by a four-wheeler in Assagao, North Goa, on Saturday evening. The woman, identified as Manorama Govekar, was out for a routine walk when the incident occurred near the Vinayak restaurant. According to initial information, the driver noticed the pedestrian stepping slightly onto the road and attempted to stop the vehicle. However, the car reportedly lost balance and toppled onto one side, hitting the woman in the process.
