Goa, March 27 -- A 4-year-old boy was rescued from Baga Beach after he was found attempting to sell radium lights to tourists. The child's distressing situation was brought to light thanks to the swift intervention of NGO official Ms. Myra Fernandes and Tourist Police Unit officials, LPCs Siddhi Naik and Supriya Varak.

The quick response from the team ensured the child's safety, and he was immediately taken into care. Following the necessary legal and welfare procedures, the child was admitted to Apna Ghar, Merces, with the assistance of Calangute Police Station.
