India, Dec. 8 -- Authorities are implementing a robust, multi-layered security arrangement involving more than 4,500 personnel to safeguard top officials and international delegates attending the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 on December 8 and 9 at Meerpet, on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
