Goa, April 14 -- Tahawwur Hussain Rana, a key accused in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, is currently being held in a high-security cell at the National Investigation Agency's (NIA) headquarters in the CGO Complex, New Delhi. He is under constant surveillance as the NIA continues its interrogation into a broader conspiracy behind the deadly 26/11 strikes.

According to sources Rana, who was extradited from the United States last week, is being questioned for the second consecutive day.
