Goa, Oct. 18 -- Mandrem Police arrested Mosin Saifi (22), a resident of Gawdewada, Morjim, and native of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, for possession of ganja valued at approximately Rs.5.93 lakh. Acting on a tip-off, police conducted a narcotic raid at the Arambol beach parking area. During the operation, authorities seized 5.953 kg of ganja along with a scooter allegedly used in transporting the drugs.
